3. How We Store Your Images

Images you upload are stored securely using Supabase Storage, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Your images are stored under a private path tied to your unique user ID.

• Uploaded images are used solely to perform the AI enhancement you requested
• We do not use your images to train AI models
• We do not sell or share your images with third parties for marketing purposes
• You may request deletion of your images at any time by contacting us

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the following trusted service providers necessary to operate PurePixelz:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting (EU/US data centers)
• Replicate — AI model inference provider for image processing
• Paddle.com — Payment processing and order management (Merchant of Record)
• Spaceship / Hosting Provider — Web server hosting

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser Local Storage (not traditional cookies) to remember your session and certain preferences such as account registration status. No third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used on our platform.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data

However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

PurePixelz is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
